Making bagels for breakfast tomorrow…

Edit: Prepped, baked, and cleaned up this morning from 5:00AM until 6:30. The bagels smell great but for some reason, they turned out a little flat. I was expecting more oven spring. This warrants more research and taste testing. 🙂
